Basic info

  • Vocas Sales & Services ships worldwide
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page depending on country and carrier
  • Some items like lithium ion batteries have shipping limitations. If this applies to your order we will contact you
  • Dutch customers can also choose to pick-up the order at our facilities in Hilversum
  • You are responsible for providing accurate address details
  • You are responsible for paying any relevant customs, duties & taxes


EU VAT free delivery



EU VAT free delivery


For customers outside the Netherlands, but in the European Union, VAT free orders are possible when a valid VAT number is supplied on the checkout page

Make sure to enter your full EU VAT number without any spaces or dots and include the country code e.g. IT0123456789 for an Italian VAT number. More info on EU VAT free delivery.


Free shipping


For customers in the Netherlands we offer free shipping on orders above EUR 50,- ex VAT


Backorder items


If your order contains items which are not on stock we will order them at our suppliers and when the order is complete we will ship the order. If your order contains stock items this would mean that those items will also be delayed, so please keep this is mind. To work around this you can submit two orders, one containing only stock items which will be shipped immediately, the other with the items which will be placed in backorder and shipped later.


For Dutch customers with orders over EUR 500,- we can issue a partial shipment on request without extra shipping costs.

To determine shipping costs to your destination please go to the checkout page and fill out your address. Shipping options and costs for your destination will then be displayed.


All indicated delivery times are based on data supplied by the carriers. We unfortunately can't guarantee these times as we are dependent on the carrier and other unforseen circumstances.




UPS Standard


We offer UPS Standard for most European countries. When we prepare the shipment you will receive an email with a tracking code/link.


  • Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 1 day
  • Germany, Scandinavia, Italy: 2 days
  • Other European countries: 3+ days


UPS Express Saver


When you are outside Europe or when you need to get your order quicker we offer UPS Express Saver. When we prepare the shipment you will receive an email with a tracking code/link.


  • Europe: 1 day
  • US & Canada: 2 days
  • Asia: 3 days


Customs, duties & taxes


There are no customs duties or taxes on orders shipping to businesses with a valid VAT number within the EU. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; and when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We advise that you contact your local customs office for more information.
