How soon can i get ... delivered?

When a popular product is not readily available we often get questions like When will this be on stock? or How long does it take if i order now?. These kind of questions are difficult to answer because:


  • The manufacturer/supplier often gives little or no delivery estimate info. We simply have to wait and see when and how much we will get delivered
  • We continue to receive new orders from other customers. This causes the line of waiting customers to grow, which shifts the time before we have readily available stock further and further


What is the best approach?


From experience we know that waiting for available stock or periodically asking How long will it take? won't get you the product the quickest way; you'll end up waiting longer than needed.


We advise you that, if you want the product, to order it with us. By ordering you will claim your place in line for delivery, together with other customers and you will get delivered once it's your turn. The sooner you do this, the better.


But....some people will say You're only advising me this to get more orders or Yes, but that will mean i have to pay now and wait for a very long time. This is not the case however because:


  • An order for a popular product is not binding. You can always cancel it if for example the wait turns out too long for you. The only this we do ask is if you would let us know if you would like to cancel
  • Payment is not necessary at the moment of order. We can take your order and we'll arrange payment with you at the time of delivery (more on this below)


We think that using this approach you really have the best chance on a delivery as soon as possible 😉


How to arrange this?


Ordering in the webshop


For Dutch customers/addresses it's possible to order online without requiring direct payment: Choose the delivery method Pick up your package in Hilversum and the payment method Cash / Bankcard. If you end up preferring to have it shipped to you that's no problem, just let us know 🚚


If you are from outside the Netherlands then it's not possible to order in the webshop without requiring direct payment. But we have another solution for you:


Ordering direct


If you contact us and let us know what you want to order then we can put your order directly in our internal system. If you are a new customer we'll need your company/contact info.


Misc


Most of the time we can supply you with a rough delivery estimate, just ask usHave you ordered already and are eager to know your delivery estimate? Just ask in the chat! (but don't ask daily 😅)
